I know what it's like to dread stepping on the scale.
I know the pain of catching your reflection in the mirror and feeling utterly crushed by what you see.
For years, I was doing everything "right." I was eating clean, working out with a trainer every single day, and yet, incredibly, I was gaining weight.
The frustration was immense.
I turned that anger inward, my self-talk became a relentless barrage of negativity, and it spilled over, affecting my family.
And it was especially confusing because, for the past 25 years, I've been a physical therapist assistant, and I'm also a personal trainer, holistic health coach, and life coach. I've always been someone who takes a proactive, "bio-hacker" approach to my own health.

As someone who has always treated myself and my family with natural remedies, I was nervous about introducing something new into my body. But desperation won out.And let me tell you... the results were downright amazing.
So amazing, in fact, that when I look at myself now, I can hardly believe it's my body.
I'm 49, about to turn 50, and for the first time since I was 12 years old, I am finally free from the diet roller coaster.
